Welcome to Bianelli’s Gourmet Pizza & Pasta

Aloha and Welcome to Bianelli’s Gourmet Pizza & Pasta on the Big Island of Hawaii! We are a family owned and operated restaurant that was established in 1989 by George Goldstine and is owned and operated by Kevin and Nicole Delaney. For thirty years we have used the same recipes and continue George’s tradition of making everything in house using the freshest ingredients available and support our Big Island farms by using local produce. Our vision has always remained the same, to provide great food at an affordable price.

Why We Are Famous

The Pink Sauce

Bianellis Pizza Sauce

Bianelli’s Pink Sauce is a combination of our white wine mushroom sauce and our marinara blended together to create a unique flavor to compliment any one of our pastas.

The Famous Bianelli's Crust

Bianelli's Famous Crust

The “Bianelli Crust” has a well risen thick edge for a reason. Most pizza crust is used merely as a platform for the sauce, cheese and toppings. A great deal of effort went into perfecting the Bianelli Crust for you to enjoy as part of your Pizza Experience. We suggest when you reach the edge, try some extra virgin olive oil or butter on it, as you would a fine piece of bread; you may be surprised at the flavor!

Bianelli's Garlic Vinegarette

The “Bianelli Garlic Vinaigrette” is our signature house dressing, featuring a combination of fresh herbs, roasted garlic and unique blend of spices.
